Why Wall for Non-Emergency Medical Transportation?

Transportation designed by experts in person-centered support services.

Safety is our top priority, but being friendly and respectful matters too!

Depth of Leadership

Wall Connections is part of the Wall family of companies. Our oldest company, Wall Residences, is the largest independent provider of waiver residential services in Virginia and has delivered person-centered services for over 30 years. Wall Connections was founded in response to needs expressed by the communities we serve.

Person-Centered Focus

One of our core values is the value of every life. We treat others as we would want to be treated, with a focus on safety, respect, and consistency. You can count on us to arrive as scheduled, transport you safely and efficiently, and interact with kindness from start to finish. We serve ambulatory individuals and those using mobility aids. We are a person-centered transportation provider.

Experienced, Compassionate Drivers

Many of our drivers have experience as Direct Support Professionals or have worked extensively with people with developmental disabilities and/or mental illness. Drivers are hand-selected for their ability to provide a safe ride and treat each person with respect and dignity. They undergo extensive vetting, including DMV, federal, state, and county background checks and drug testing with ongoing monitoring. Training includes First-Aid, CPR, Passenger and Attendant Safety and Sensitivity, defensive driving, spill response, and wheelchair securement. All drivers adhere to HIPAA policies. We understand and we care.
