John Weatherspoon, LCSW earned his Master of Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Radford University. He has earned certification in Leadership in an Employee-Owned Setting from the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Social Policy & Practice.

Matthew Rosenbaum is the Chief Financial Officer for Wall Connections. He helps oversee the office staff and financial operations of the company. Prior to Wall Residences, he worked in public accounting for several years. He holds a bachelor’s in Accounting, a bachelor’s in Finance, and a master’s in Business Administration. Matthew can be contacted with questions about Billing, Human Resources, Payroll, and other office staff functions.

Chris Blankenship holds a degree in Business Arts with many years of experience working with non-profits in the project management and business development fields. She has experience in grant writing and successfully managed the NRV Mobility Coordination Program and the volunteer driving program, MedRide, for the NRV Agency on Aging for nearly eight years. During this time, Chris served in a leadership role with the Virginia Association of Mobility Managers and sat on the Board of Directors for the Community Transit Association of Virginia for seven years. She is certified by NTI, Rutgers on Understanding ADA laws and is a certified meeting facilitator. Chris is passionate about helping others, especially those with disabilities, the aging population, and veterans.

Connie H. Littles is the Information Technology Director for Wall Residences. Connie provides direct support for the continued development of an innovative, robust, and secure IT environment throughout the organization. Prior to joining Wall Residences, Connie spent 15-plus years in various IT leadership roles and holds a degree in Computer Science. Clay McCoy is the Director of Human Resources for all Wall business lines (including Wall Residences, Wall Connections, and Wall Therapeutic Solutions). He oversees Human Resources, Payroll operations, and HR strategic planning throughout our growing organization. Clay’s Human Resources management experience includes governmental, non-profit, and employee-owned sectors, with Associate & Bachelor’s degrees in Business Management, as well as advanced Human Resources certifications. In his spare time, he is also involved in adult/eldercare and assisting others in his community. Clay can be contacted with questions about Human Resources, Payroll, ESOP & 401k Administration, Benefits, and other Employee-Owner support functions.
